CloudPay NOW is a comprehensive employee pay and benefits mobile app, delivering a wide range of features beyond its initial Earned Wage Access offering. The app gives employees access to their payslips and other pay related information, as well as a selection of wellbeing content, chatbot support and earned wage access (for customers that take this service.)

Employees have access to pay related documentation for up to 12 months after leaving a company. CloudPay NOW stands alone as the only true global solution that gives employees access to a range of payroll and pay services in one intuitive mobile app.

The app is available to all new and existing payroll and Earned Wage Access customers.

Who is the app for? The app is available to all new and existing payroll and Pay On-Demand customers.

How long does it take to set up the app for new customers? Setup typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Can employees of existing payroll customers access the app? Yes. Customers need to sign a contract addendum and supply email addresses. Then employees just download CloudPay NOW from the app store.

Will employees have access to other pay documents? This feature is only available in the UK right now, but we’re rolling it out in other regions soon.
